Description :

This is a closed circuit TT event on the aerodrome at RAF Brawdy.  It is promoted for and on behalf of Cycling Time Trials under their rules and regulations, but is also subject to some very specific conditions from the Ministry of Defence.  

Please take some time to note the following requirements:

1. Entries will close at 23:59 TWO DAYS before the event.
2. Riders will be set of at 30-second intervals.
3. Numbers limited to 40 (TBC by the army), meaning it'll take 20 minutes to set all riders onto the course.
4. For security, there will be special entry procedures to access the airfield.  Access will be limited to a half hour slot before the event, after which the gates wil be closed and secured and no further access will be possible. Please arrive in good time.
5. In the same way, exit will only be possible for a set period after the event. All riders will have to wait until the last rider has finished before they can leave.
6. Virtually limitless parking and facilities/area to warm up is available less than 100 yards and in full view of the start, inside the airfield. Do not park outside the airfield as there is no access after the gates close.
7. In the Paypal payment notes please list the riders name, spectator name, car make/model/colour and registration number in which you plan to travel to the event.
