Cycling Time Trials (CTT) is the National Governing Body for time trials in England, Scotland and Wales.

We are now looking to recruit an exceptional person to provide administration and secretarial support service to the Board of Directors and stakeholders, as directed by the Board.

Key tasks will include acting as minuting clerk for all meetings, preparation of agendas and issuing of both in a timely manner, plus being a general point of contact for all stakeholders involved in CTT and generally supporting other colleagues.

Candidates should be intermediate users of Microsoft Office packages and have experience of working with websites and social media.

The successful candidate should be confident, an articulate verbal and written communicator, with first class organisation skills and an ability to prioritise workloads.  A flexible approach to work and a friendly, approachable attitude is a prerequisite as is a good working knowledge and genuine interest in cycling and time trialling.

As the role is home based, appropriate space for a home office is required.

Since the role requires attendance at weekend meetings and some evening phone calls, it is important that candidates have the support and understanding of their family.
